    1 · Login

    You upload photos, take a picture of the goods with the camera in the browser, scan the barcode (EAN / UPC), insert the supplier URL or select photos from the gallery and Facebook post.

    2 AI analysis

    AI vision recognizes the product and returns a structured proposal: name, description, category, attributes (color, size, material) and variants. For barcodes, it searches its own database and public databases, checking for duplication.

    3 · Design modification

    You can see the design in the product editor. You can edit the price, stock, variants. The health score will show how complete the card is.

    4 · Creation with SKUs and live codes

    The product is created with variants and images. SKU is generated with uniqueness check, variant SKUs according to attribute codes, missing attributes are created. Order codes from comments are recalculated.

    5 · SEO and tags

    AI will generate SEO title, meta description, smart tags, alt texts. Photos will be assigned to variants by color.

Frequently asked questions

What AI description languages?

The AI writes in the language of the store. Translations into other catalog languages are done by a translation layer with prepaid credit (see Multilingualism).

Is there a separate charge for AI?

FASHN.AI has credits displayed directly in the studio. You can run product analysis and SEO on your own Claude or OpenAI key.

What if AI recognizes the product incorrectly?

You can always see and edit the design before it's created. Nothing is created without your approval.
