Hosting, updates, daily backups, monitoring and support are included in the price of each package. Translation credit and SMS are charged according to consumption.

Prices are excluding VAT. Translation credit is charged based on the number of characters and is visible in advance before each translation.
NexusShop does not take commission from orders. You only pay a monthly rental fee. Payment gateway fees (Stripe) are charged directly to the gateway according to its price list.
You choose a package and pay for the first month. If you don't continue, the store will be paused and we'll keep your data for 30 days so you can get back to us.
Yes, at any time in the administration. The higher package is valid immediately, the lower one from the next period.
Yes, with a VAT ID and reverse charge according to EU rules.
