What does live selling include?

Product and variant codes

Each product and variant has a code. The prefix (e.g. NX) is yours, the system recognizes the writing with or without spaces, lowercase letters, size or color after the code.

Frequently asked questions

Which networks does it work on?

Facebook Live and Instagram Live including comments under posts and recordings. YouTube live chat collection is ready and waiting for access approval from Google. We do not offer orders from TikTok comments yet.

What if a customer writes multiple codes in one comment?

The system processes each code separately and adds all items to one order.

Can I turn off live selling for a specific video?

Yes. You can turn Turbo Auto on and off for the site and for a specific broadcast. Once turned off, nothing is processed back.
