About us
NexusShop was created during real-life broadcasts, where after each live broadcast there were hundreds of comments to be rewritten. We built a system that does it all by itself, and added everything a seller needs to it.
We started as a technical support for fashion retailers who were selling live on Facebook. The first problem was always the same: after the broadcast, someone would sit at the whiteboard until late into the night, transcribing comments into orders, writing prices to customers, and asking for addresses.
Thus, Turbo Automat was created, which reads comments and turns them into orders in real time. Then Messenger, which sends the customer a payment and a form to the address. Then a warehouse that deducts itself, invoices, labels, shipping.
Then came the NexusLive custom stream: you broadcast from OBS, phone or browser, and restream sends the same broadcast to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok at once. Orders from all channels converge into one system, including a cart right in the player on your e-shop. Today, the system has processed more than 1.5 million comments and 61,000 orders from live broadcasts at a reference retailer.
We rent NexusShop as a whole: e-shop with template editor, live sales, Messenger, warehouse, marketing with AI, translations into European languages, hosting and support. We are based in Slovakia and build for the whole of Europe.
The entire system was designed by our chief software engineer. It wasn't created in an office at a desk: for years he stood directly next to sellers during live broadcasts, going through every step from commentary through warehouse and packaging to complaints. He designed each module and each line of code according to what sellers really need, not according to theory. That's why the system solves things that regular e-shops don't even think about.
Today, NexusShop is a European platform for rent: 10 languages, VAT by country, your own e-shop, live sales and marketing in one system that we didn't buy, but built.
