What does the live module on the e-shop contain?
The module is in operation at reference stores and is being opened to tenants gradually. Marked items are in beta mode.
Pinned product, variant and cart below the video
The product currently being featured is highlighted below the video with the price. The customer selects a size or color and adds it to the cart. They shop throughout the broadcast and pay once at the end, or in the instant purchase mode right away.

From the stream recording and short clips
Once the broadcast is finished, it will be saved as a product recording on your timeline. The moments where you showed the product will be used to create short clips for product pages and social media.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a special camera or software?
No. You can broadcast from your phone via a browser or from your computer via OBS. We recommend good lighting and a connection for a stable image.
What happens to Facebook purchases during a restream?
Comments with codes on Facebook and Instagram will be processed by Turbo Automat as usual. Purchases from your website go directly to the cart. Everything ends up in one order list.
Why is the module marked as beta?
The live player with the cart is operational, but we are making it available to tenants gradually after verification on their hosting. If you want to enable it, please write to us.
