Customers can purchase in two ways — they can write the purchase code in a comment, or they can click directly during LIVE on your website. The system will take care of the orders, confirmations, and checkout for you.

Method 1 — via comment

The customer writes the purchase code in the comment

For each product in the broadcast, you show its purchase code (for example, "CODE 123"). The customer simply writes it in the comment along with the number of pieces or size — and that's it.

Frequently asked questions about LIVE sales

What is a purchase code?
It's a short product name (e.g. "CODE 123") that you show in your broadcast. When a customer writes it in a comment, the system creates an order based on it.
Do I need to have my own website to shop during LIVE?
Not necessarily — you can sell through comments on Facebook or Instagram. Buying directly in the broadcast with a banner is an additional option if you stream on your own e-shop.
What if many comments come in at once?

How will the customer pay?
