2. Subject of the service
NexusShop is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for operating e-commerce stores with Facebook Live Commerce integration, automatic order processing from comments, Messenger communication, and warehouse management.
3. Registration and account
By registering on the NexusShop platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for the security of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Access data may not be provided to third parties.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are charged monthly according to the selected plan (Trial / Basic / Pro / Enterprise). Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.
5. Probationary period
A new tenant can use a free trial period (Trial) according to the current offer on nexusshopp.eu. After the trial period expires, it is necessary to switch to a paid plan.
6. Limitations of use
It is prohibited to use the platform to:
- Illegal purposes or violation of applicable Slovak and EU laws
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications
- Violation of Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) Terms of Service
- Reverse engineering or platform copying
7. Service availability
We strive for 99% platform availability. We are not responsible for outages caused by third parties (Meta API, hosting provider, force majeure).
8. Termination of service
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The Operator reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent court in the Slovak Republic.
