2. What personal data do we collect?

  • Contact details (name, email, phone) upon registration
  • Order and transaction data
  • Technical data (IP address, cookies, access logs)
  • Facebook data when linking a page (Page ID, Page Access Token, Customer PSID)

3. Purpose of processing

We process data solely for the purpose of providing the NexusShop SaaS service — operating an e-commerce platform for our customers (tenants), including order processing, communication via Facebook Messenger, and e-shop management.

4. Legal basis

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and based on the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your data. We use the following services to operate the platform:

  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook, Messenger API)
  • OpenAI, LLC (AI features)
  • Anthropic, PBC (AI functions)

6. Cookies

We use technical cookies necessary for the functioning of the platform (session, security). Analytical cookies only with the user's consent.
