Why it's worth broadcasting on your own e-shop, not just on Facebook
Facebook gives you reach, but it keeps the customer. Live on your own website gives you a cart, data, and a listing that you resell.
For live sellers
You broadcast on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube, customers write codes in the comments and you rewrite orders for hours live. NexusShop does it for you: a comment with a code becomes an order, the customer receives a summary and a payment link in Messenger, the stock is deducted and the invoice is created automatically. Plus, your own NexusLive broadcast with restreaming and purchase directly in the player.
Every step is done by the system. You focus on broadcasting and customers.
Facebook or Instagram live, YouTube, or your own NexusLive stream with restream to all channels at once. Domino automation will publish the link, set the meta, and turn on the machine at startup.
For example, "NX 120 red S". The prefix is yours, the system recognizes the entry with or without a space, the size or color after the code.
The comment is processed exactly once, the product and variant are found, an order is created, and the stock is deducted. If the stock is 0, a reservation is created.
The customer will receive an order summary with a Finish button. If the address is missing, a registration form will be sent with phone verification and VAT by country.
The order goes to the warehouse and transport, the invoice will be created after payment. After the live, a post with the recording will be posted and a Messenger message will be sent to those who missed it.
Live sales features
One administration for comments, messages, orders, warehouse and broadcasting.
Real-time comments, one-click or fully automatic ordering, customer history, reserve list, parallel processing of hundreds of comments per minute.
Order summary, checkout button, registration form, automatic event-based messages, and mass campaigns with monitoring.
You broadcast from your own control room, the restream goes to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok at the same time. The viewer on your e-shop adds a product to the cart without leaving the player.
After the broadcast, the recording is processed, creating product clips, a post with the recording, and a push or Messenger message to subscribers.
The stock is deducted from the order comment, carrier labels and invoices are created from the administration. Order statuses have their own emails.
A chain of steps at the start (link, video meta, automator, Messenger) and at the end (record, post, messages, statistics). You set it up once.
