Frequently asked questions
Will every tenant get all the sections?
Yes, the administration is the same for everyone. The scope of live features and streaming depends on the package and whether you have shared hosting or your own server.
What languages is the administration in?
Slovak, Czech, German, English and Polish. The languages of the store for customers are not limited.
Can I give an employee access to orders only?
Yes. Employees have a matrix of permissions per module, so the warehouse worker can see the warehouse and orders, the marketer can see Marketing & AI.
