Invoices and payments

Setting up payments and invoices doesn't have to mean manual rewriting after each order. In NexusShop , invoices for the e-shop are issued automatically: a PDF invoice is created upon payment or according to your rule. You can set up templates and number ranges, all documents can be found in the archive with mass export, and the system can also be connected to SuperInvoice. VAT is calculated according to the country of delivery and multiple currencies with exchange rates are supported.

Payments that the customer chooses themselves

NexusShop basically offers three ways to pay: e-shop card payments via Stripe, bank transfer with payment matching, and cash on delivery , to which you can add a fee. You set the order of methods and fees yourself. Orders from both live sales and the e-shop end up in one list with clear statuses, so you have control over payments and documents in one place. NexusShop does not take a commission on orders, you only pay a monthly rental. Stripe payment gateway fees go directly to the gateway according to its price list.
