Messenger after live: five messages that sell

Confirmation, checkout, address, cart reminder and record. Which messages to send automatically and how to set them up.

Messenger is not just a channel for confirming an order. Properly set up automated messages will complete the purchase and lead the customer to the next broadcast.

1. Confirmation with payment link

It goes away as soon as the code is recognized. It contains the product, variant, price, and a completion button. You can edit the text in the message templates.

2. Address form

If we don't know the customer, the system will send a short form. The address will be saved and the next purchase will go through without any questions.

3. Cashier's office

The customer types CHECKOUT and gets a link to their current cart. This is useful when they have ordered multiple codes and want to pay at once.

4. Unfinished cart reminder

After the broadcast, send a reminder to those who ordered but didn't pay. One message with a link, no pressure.

5. Recording and further broadcasting

Send everyone who participated a recording and the date of the next live. Bulk campaigns have delivery tracking, so you can see how many people opened the message.

You can find the settings in the administration in the Messenger section. More on the Messenger automation page.
